League One Volleyball otherwise known as LOVB is launching a professional volleyball league in 2024. They currently oversee many youth volleyball programs though affiliate programs where they provide resources to help with communication, marketing, facility access and recruiting services. They came to us looking for a report on their current market position and potential strategies for improving their market position. To compete in a crowded sports and entertainment market league one pro volleyball should focus on creating social and emotional value, improve social media strategy, and fan engagement initiatives to improve their market position.
