UROP Program
Recommendation Form
Faculty Mentors are required to submit a Faculty Recommendation Form after their UROP student has applied. Faculty mentors will receive an email with the instructions and link to the recommendation form as soon as their student submits the UROP application; at that point, they will have five days to submit their recommendation.
Evaluation Form
This form is to ensure the UROP student you mentored has completed their project. It is one of two ending requirements necessary for students to receive their final payment.
