UROP Program

Recommendation Form

Faculty Mentors are required to submit a Faculty Recommendation Form after the UROP student application deadline. Faculty will not be able to access the form until the student deadline has passed; mentors will then have a week in which to submit their recommendations.

This form is to ensure the UROP student you mentored has completed their project. It is one of two ending requirements necessary for students to receive their final payment.
