Minnesota Vikings Fan Loyalty Satisfaction

We are working with the Minnesota Vikings to improve their season ticket holder satisfaction rates. The team currently ranks low within the league in their sense of value from the organization and perception of exclusive benefits. We used both peer-reviewed and non-peer-reviewed secondary data in sport management journals to compare to other NFL season ticket holder packages and understand fanbases expectations. We will provide recommendations looking for ways to increase benefits, exclusivity, fan engagement and events in order to increase season ticket holders’ sense of fulfillment. Ultimately, we synthesized all of our data to create recommendations to the organization of ways to engage with their fans throughout the entire year. Our data can be used to increase fan engagement and satisfaction across the league and the country.
