What’s Growing in Gerard’s Garden? Plants from Around the World in Early Modern British Herbals

I am studying the global reach of plants in early modern English herbals and recipe books based off those herbals, with a particular focus on John Gerard's book "The Herball, or Generall Historie of Plantes"
