A reference based tool to annotate single cell RNA-seq data

Following its debut in 2015, Single Cell RNA-sequencing (scRNA-seq) has quickly become one of the most used tools in cancer, aging, and immunology research. Despite the widespread use and success of scRNA-seq, the (computational) analysis workflow has remained a difficult and unstandardized process. In particular, cell type annotation remains a difficult process. We believe we have developed a user friendly tool that addresses these previously mentioned concerns, that also outperforms many of the commonly-used annotation tools today.
