LOVB Market Position Report

We are working with League One Pro Volleyball (LOVB) to research and provide solutions to their organizational problem. LOVB is an emerging volleyball league looking to provide a domestic option for those looking to play professionally. This project aims to establish their understanding of their current market position compared to other emerging professional leagues and volleyball leagues. Our methodology is based on secondary research findings from many peer-reviewed and credible non-peer-reviewed sources. We are also compiling a portfolio of strategies to innovate and improve their market position. We found critical information in social media strategy and social and emotional value creation to improve market position. We recommend that LOVB creates a consistent content schedule on social media platforms while continuing to focus on their grassroot and community based approach. We believe that making these aspects priorities when going about growing LOVB will eventually lead them into becoming the market leader in volleyball in the United States.
